For Canteen Pizza’s restaurant in the Perth suburb of Applecross, Remington Matters supplied furniture and a selection of custom-designed pieces. The restaurant’s interior takes cues from traditional Italian piazzettas, reinterpreted through a modern lens. Square and Round bench seating features throughout the venue, positioned as intimate dining booths upholstered in buttery Italian leather.

Aluminium Twin Pole tables topped in custom marble or timber along with sage green Walk chairs provide a striking contrast to the warm and natural palette of timbers, terracotta and muted reds.

Remington Matters also worked closely with the design team to deliver a bespoke high bar with fixed stool seating crafted from timber, aluminium and stainless steel. Among the custom fittings and fixtures, undulating timber door pulls were developed through extensive prototyping and reflect the attention to detail throughout the space.
